Change of payment method

For NEOREKA cloud service, you can choose credit card payment, bank transfer by invoice *, or convenience store payment.

◆ You cannot change from credit card payment to invoice payment.

* If your current card has expiration of your credit card, etc., please re-register your card from the administrator screen.



◆ You can change from credit card to invoice payment. Please apply for the change below.

Changes will be made in about a week after the change is accepted. After the change is completed, we will contact you by email, so please register the credit card on the administrator screen after that.

* A new user cannot be registered unless credit card information is registered.

* Credit card will be used for the month of application.

How to change registration information

If the customer's address or the information of the person in charge changes, please update the information as soon as possible from the administrator screen.

Please note that the service may be stopped if we cannot contact you because the customer information is not updated correctly or incorrect information is entered.

About billing method

NEOREKA Cloud provides services by subscription (monthly charge).

◆ You can use the service free of charge for the first month regardless of the number of users.

◆ Billing starts from the 1st of the month following the month of the service application. Please note that if you add users even during the transition month, you will be charged the usage fee for one month at that time. (* It is recommended to add users at the beginning of the month)

◆ If a user is deleted, it will be deleted from the billing target from the next month.

◆ Credit card payment vendor is SMBC Finance Service. (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS, CEDINA cards can be used.

◆ Regarding bill payment, we are entrusted to Cedyna Co., Ltd. for collection of usage charges. The invoice will be sent from Cedyna Company, and the subsequent procedure should be done with the company.

Cancellation procedure

Regarding cancellation, you will be able to use it until the end of the month when we receive the application for cancellation.
Please note that there is no prorated calculation of usage charges.

Please download the cancellation application form below and return it to us.

The date of arrival at our company will be the date of receipt of the cancellation application.

Regarding acceptance of cancellation application, our company will contact you for confirmation, so thank you.
